If I receive billing for medical care, what should I do?
Health Care providers are instructed to send claims to IHP for payment consideration. Some providers issue statements to our members as routine practice. Statements are generally informational and do not require action on your part. Providers may issue members bills for patient responsibility charges such as co-payment, deductibles or non-covered services. If you have received a bill for covered/authorized services please contact IHP at 888-851-4905 or email managedcaresupport@guidehealth.io.
